What time do I need to order for same-day delivery? +
Order before 2pm on weekdays (10am Saturdays) in the recipient’s local time zone and we’ll deliver the same day. Orders after cutoff are delivered the next available day.
How much is delivery? +
Delivery is a flat $9.90 anywhere in Australia — metro or regional. The fee is shown at checkout and never changes based on distance.
Do you deliver on weekends? +
Yes — we deliver Monday to Saturday. We don’t deliver on Sundays or public holidays. Saturday same-day orders must be placed before 10am.
Can I include a card message? +
Absolutely. Every order includes a free handwritten card — just add your message on the product page or at checkout.
Who arranges and delivers my flowers? +
Your order is hand-arranged and hand-delivered fresh on the day by an expert florist in our nationwide network — never posted in a box. Bourkes is an online florist delivering right across Australia.
What if I’m not happy with the flowers? +
We stand behind every arrangement with a 7-day freshness guarantee. If something isn’t right, contact us and we’ll re-deliver or refund.
Which payment methods do you accept? +
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Afterpay. All payments are securely processed through Stripe. All prices include GST.
Can I send flowers to a hospital or funeral? +
Yes. For hospitals please include the ward and patient name; for funerals please provide the service time and venue so we can deliver ahead of the service.
