Our freshness guarantee
We want you to love your flowers. Every arrangement is made fresh to order and should last well with basic care. If your flowers arrive damaged, or are not fresh, we’ll make it right.
How to make a claim
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at care@bourkesflorist.com.au or on 1300 970 379, with your order number and a photo of the arrangement if possible. This helps us and our florists put things right quickly.
Replacements and refunds
Depending on the situation we will arrange a replacement delivery or a refund. Because flowers are perishable and made to order, we handle each case individually rather than accepting physical returns.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel, contact us as early as possible. Orders already dispatched for same-day delivery may not be able to be cancelled. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
