We collect payment details only as needed to process your payment through our secure payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

3. How we use it

We use your information to process and deliver your order, to communicate with you about it, to provide customer support, and — where you have opted in — to send you offers and news. To fulfil your order we share the recipient’s name, delivery address and card message with the florist in our network who prepares and delivers it.

4. Disclosure

We disclose personal information to our delivery-network florists and to service providers (such as payment and email providers) only as needed to run our service. We do not sell your personal information.
